Juan Gallardo mentioned, "I bought a Houdini sweater because everyone talked so good about the quality. After a few weeks of use I was loving mine, but then I cleaned it for the first time and the fabric got these small balls all over, and the zipper started to peel off. I can't believe that after one time cleaning it all this happened. Now I'm afraid of using it because I would need to clean it again and it will probably break even more."

"I should have been suspicious about getting a job so fast. They had me working a day after my interview. They do not train you before work. You go in to a fast paced environment very quick and get yelled at by the other employees because you are new and slow. No time to learn how to do your job correctly. They work you like cattle. Cons: Short breaks"

"The pay is good in some departments but it's really difficult to get a raise and management picks their favorites for advancement and allows those people to get away with breaking the rules while others are reprimanded for the same thing. The owners protect their friends and family to the point that many will be fired in their place. The owners family is promoted to higher paying salary jobs with no experience or skills (they couldn't make it in the call center answering phones so jobs are created for them to keep them safe). There is zero compassion for home life and people have been told in emergency situations to stay to do their job or leave and don't come back. Long list of dirty laundry that the company pays people to keep to themselves or forces you to sign a NDA."

"You are required to take customer service and spelling tests, on their computers, and should at least have basic typing skills ( 30 WPM ). You'll wear headphones, and answer calls, while taking orders for wine gift baskets. There is training and the holiday brochures are kept at your cubicles ( and are online ), so you can help the customers. Some customers are wonderful, and some aren't ( especially as it gets closer to holidays ). It can be stressful, but the staff is nice and supportive. Wages are ok, for seasonal work. They'll keep you on a re-hire list, if your attendance and production are good."
